I REALLY LOVE THIS SALAD IT IS FROM TRU FOOD
4 cups of kale[ Italian black]
juice of one lemon
4T of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic mashed
1t of red pepper flakes
2/3 cup grated asigo cheese
3T of bread crumbs
make dressing from last 6 items above and clean and tear
leafs of kale toss and eat
