I was fortunate...Richter's work is fascinating! I was fortunate to see a few of his paintings in Miami a couple of years ago. One thing that intrigues me is that he defies that "rule" about keeping one's work of the same apparent "style", and yet he is very successful. His body of work is indeed cohesive and directional; however this is not overtly apparent.
